'Report on the 17th IHP Training Course on Numerical Prediction of
High-Impact Weather Systems' by Palikone Thalongsengchanh
I attended the 17th IHP Training Course on Numerical Prediction of
High-Impact Weather Systems at Hydorospheric Atmospheric Research
Center of Nagoya University from December 2 to 15, 2007. This training
course was presented by United Nations Educational Scientific and
Cultural Organization(UNESCO). There were 11 lecturers from several
universities and research institutes in Japan and 14 participants from
Asian countries (Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Nepal,
Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam). Attached is my report on the training
course.
